It does what it's supposed to - look great and make great coffee! I have the copper version & we love it.
-The steam is very good, heating a cup of milk to ~ 65 degC in about 10 seconds. steam wand is double walled and easy to clean.
-The hot water is HOT
-Comes with 2 portafilters with nice handles, a nice metal tamper and cleaning brush and a backflush insert
-The water tray is attached with magnets to the main body of the machine, very easy and satisfying to take off and put back on
-The stainless finish is thicker than many similar machines, feels sturdier
-Heavy duty lever and handles and knobs make the finish and feel very satisfying.
-Takes about 10-15 minutes to heat up in the morning.
-The water reservoir is difficult to remove due to the seal being tight at its outlet.
-The low-pressure infusion (just above mid point on the pump lever) is difficult to pin-point when operating, and I'm unsure whether it's happening or not.
-It comes with a plastic cup-rail for the top, it immediately broke. That was disappointing for such an otherwise excellent machine.
