The reception and assistance we received from Harry. Chantelle, and the members of the staff at Espresso Dolce was excellent, and we left feeling that we had been listened to. We still need to have our machine repaired and are currently awaiting information from our insurers before going ahead. We will write further when the repairs have been completed.
