I used my Dinamica for two weeks now and i just love it. It makes perfect coffee every time and it’s easy to use and set up.
Our Gaggia Super Automatic Espresso Maker lasted for 12 years. It was such a workhorse giving coffee after coffee to club members. When it needed to be replaced, we purchased another brand that didn't allow me to rinse the brew unit. When it clogged up, the water ran onto the floor. That machine was turned in as it was only 6 mo. old, we purchased this gorgeous black beauty, the "Dinamica". Easy well explained setup, great coffee from the 1st cup. It tells me when to clean it, when to empty the pucks, when it needs water or beans. It washes itself before making the first cup and turns off at my set time, be it 15 min or longer and washes itself then, too. Scaling is simple and far less work than my old Gaggia. You've got your specialty coffee in less than a minute and if you have a machine that whips milk, you can have a fully finished Latte or Capicino at the same time as your coffee is finished brewing. One of the things that really is great with this unit is how one fills it with water. The tank slides out towards me and it's water opening is right there. So you don't have to pull the tank off... just slide it out 3 inches and fill it with your sink sprayer. I've got the unit sitting to the left of the sink, so it's perfect. And, the tank will give you 4 cups of coffee before you need to top it up. I've had approx. 13 years using Super Automatics Coffee Machines, and honestly, I can't think of one thing about this one that disturbs me. It's just a really great machine. What is the coffee flavor like? We use Melitta brand beans, espresso or columbian. The specialty coffees give me too much of a jolt, your choice. But, the finished product is a rich, delicious coffee with lots of crema. It's the real deal. Hot water for tea, hot chocolate. I'm giving this machine 5 stars.
