In my opinion it was good but not great.
Very acidic and a strong aroma that doesn't rappresent the espresso that I expect.
Good crema wick aroma and decent staining. Overall still a decent cafe not eccellent espresso.
My discussion is from the experience of roasting and the years of surching for the perfect espresso that can only be obtained from a minimum of 6 to 8 origins.

Espresso 4 and Organic Decaf Blend
In our Jura E8 we freshly grind Espresso Dolce Espresso 4 beans with their Espresso Dolce Organic Decaf and find that a blend of 50% by volume of each is perfect for us in our Lattes and Americanos. This drink is the closest we’ve come to finding a comparable to the espresso-type coffee beverage (low acidity and zero bitterness) we enjoyed during our amazing, once in a lifetime, trip to Rome and Positano. With the blend we can enjoy more coffee beverages in our day without the concerning heart palpitations at 67 years of age.
