I believe I have set it up properly and it is working great. Big improvement of my 15 year old Jura Ena 3.

One note: the invoice included one bag of coffee which was not included!

We purchased a Jura EN4 on Dec 30, 2023, to ring in the new year.
Our only regret is that we didn't buy a Jura 10 years ago. Our morning coffee is one of our most simplest joys and in life, and making a cup in with the EN4, gives me so much happiness. Simplicity.... 1 cup of black coffee, that's all we need to bring warmth to our hearts. The EN4 is beautiful, sleek, simple. If you do not need "milk" in your coffee, then this is the machine for you.

My new coffee machine (Jura) does what I want. Hot strong coffee and simple to operate. Nothing to dislike except the shutdown cycle is a little long. Hot water feature is also a bonus. Very pleased with it!

Not yet the best coffee I’ve ever had, but it is approaching it and I still haven’t experimented with the various options. The machine doesn’t behave exactly as the manual suggests, such as when I try to change the amount of time before it will automatically turn off but I expect that this will be solved in time. I have it set on the medium setting for strength and it does seem to use a lot of beans, despite my having fewer actual cups than I used to with a conventional drip machine. However, the taste is a definite improvement so it is an acceptable luxury/indulgence as the machine’s initial cost would suggest. Very glad we bought it and espresso dolce provided excellent service.
