• Dual/multi-boiler architecture: Each brew group has its own dedicated boiler, plus a separate steam/hot-water boiler. This ensures stable brewing temperatures and consistent extraction, even under heavy use. 

• PID temperature control: Equipped with a PID thermostat and a robust hydraulic circuit, the machine delivers highly accurate and stable extraction temperature for reliable repeat performance. 

• TFT display interface: A modern, intuitive display lets the barista easily access and adjust settings such as temperature, dosage and extraction time—streamlining workflow and maintaining quality.
