The Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Coffee Machine Technician to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position working with advanced coffee equipment, including:
HLF Super-Automatic Machines, vending-style coffee machines, and Carimali automatic and semi-automatic commercial machines.
Youāll be responsible for installation, maintenance, and technical support both on-site and at our service facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Maintenance ā Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial coffee machines at client sites and in-house.
- Install & Program ā Set up and configure HLF, Carimali, and vending machines to meet customer specifications.
- Preventative Service ā Conduct regular maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal performance.
- Client Support ā Train clients on daily operations, cleaning, and best practices for machine use.
- Documentation ā Maintain accurate service records, logs, and customer reports.
- Team Communication ā Collaborate with service staff and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
What Weāre Looking For
- Proven experience withĀ HLF Super-Automatic coffee machines (required)
- Strong knowledge ofĀ Carimali (automatic and semi-automatic) systems
- Familiarity with vending-style coffee equipment
- Excellent mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Valid driverās license with a clean driving record
- Clear communication and strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing accurate financial information to support decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software.
Duties
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
- Conduct financial auditing to verify compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Analyze accounts to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes efficiently.
- Execute bank reconciliation tasks to maintain accurate cash flow records.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks for record-keeping and reporting.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and budgeting activities.
Skills
- Minimum 4 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks.
- Strong understanding of account reconciliation, financial services, and auditing processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform account analysis effectively.
- Knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and analytical abilities.
- CPA designation (completed or in progress) is considered an asset.
