Zero 55S lets you weigh only the beans needed for the next brew, grind them fresh, and clear the remaining grounds with the Blow Up system. It is ideal for changing coffees, controlling each recipe and reducing stale grounds left inside the chamber.

The King-Size Dial gives the fingertips more leverage and a wider reference surface for dialing in. Eureka’s stepless micrometric system moves the lower burr, offering virtually infinite adjustment while helping preserve the chosen setting when the upper burr is removed for cleaning.
