I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. From the start, I never felt listened to, and my concerns were never properly addressed. I was never satisfied with any of the support provided, and despite multiple attempts to get the issue resolved, I still didn’t receive what I originally wanted. On top of that, I didn’t even end up with the proper machine color I ordered. This experience has been frustrating from beginning to end, and I expected far better service. I will not be recommending this company based on how my situation was handled, and I still haven’t received an email back.
