THE SERVICE CENTER
We have three expert technicians on site who are happy to repair, diagnose, or provide you with any advice you may need. We service residential espresso machines, commercial espresso machines, and grinders.

Repairs
We make repairs to machines that have experienced damage or have worn out. We are happy to provide an estimate before doing any work to your machine.
General Service
We provide a general service and preventative maintenance to your machine. Giving it an all around tune up and clean. We will also look for any potential problems that could arise and make repair recommendations to avoid them.
Residential machines
A diagnostic fee of $55 is payable at the time of drop-off. If your machine is showing abnormal behaviour, we will inspect it and run a variety of tests to accurately diagnose the issue. Our hourly labour rate is $90.
Commercial machines
We charge an hourly labour rate of $150 for commercial equipment not purchased from us, or $125 per hour for equipment purchased from us. Standard travel costs are $150.

How Long Is The Wait Time?

Currently minimum 14 business days, the wait time will vary depending on the season. Typically you can expect your machine to be ready within 12 business days.
All the times are approximations and not fixed time window.

How Much Does It Cost?
We charge a hourly labour rate and for the parts that were required to fix your machine. We will run your machine through a range of tests in order to diagnose and quote. If the quote is over $200 we will call you first for approval. You’ll never have to worry about a price catching you by surprise.
DROP OFF
We work on a first come first serve basis. Feel free to drop your machine off with us and it will be inputted into the queue.
