My beloved (and fairly aged) Saeco coffee machine stopped working properly a few weeks ago. I traced the issue to a faulty SBS valve.

Luckily, Espresso Dolce had the part and shipped it out quickly to where I live in rural British Columbia.

I am back drinking good coffee.

I’ve taken our Saeco coffee machine to Espresso Dolce twice (unrelated issues) over the past 18 mos for repairs. Each time, something different was identified as the cause of the problem. Each time, the machine was fixed ‘on time and on budget’. Our beloved Saeco machine is now over 10 years old. Soon, we will need to consider replacing it with a new and sparkly machine … we will buy it from Espresso Dolce.

I would highly recommend purchasing new and/or repairs of any quality coffee machines from these people. Very happy!
