AVIATOR
MULTI BOILER
Independent temperature control for every group, commanding steam capacity and touch-screen precision—wrapped in an unmistakable Italian commercial design.

Every group becomes its own precision station.
Aviator TCI gives the barista independent control of each group’s delivery temperature. Different coffees can run side by side with their own thermal target, while the insulated copper boiler supplies the steam performance required for demanding service.
Independent temperature
Each group has a dedicated 0.8 L TCI boiler that can be managed in real time.
Real-time feedback
Individual TFT colour displays put extraction parameters directly in front of the barista.
High-volume steam
An 11 L or 14 L insulated copper boiler supports continuous commercial milk service.

A modern command centre for serious coffee service.
Two or three independently managed groups, generous steam power and illuminated work areas help the Aviator remain fast, readable and controlled when the bar is at full pace.
Purpose-built details in every direction.
Official BFC engineering combines traditional commercial durability with modern extraction control, ergonomic steam delivery and carefully managed energy use.
TCI group boilers
Dedicated 0.8 L boilers allow independent delivery-temperature management for each group.
NanoQuartz showers
Micro-perforated competition showers use a non-stick coating to promote homogeneous water distribution.
Anti-scald steam wands
Professional steam nozzles are designed to improve safety and ease of handling.
Insulated copper boiler
Thermosiphon construction supports steam capacity, thermal stability and reduced heat loss.
ECO mode
The electronic model can reduce energy demand during quieter service periods.
Heat-balanced groups
Heavy commercial groups and a pre-heating circuit protect stability under sustained use.

Temperature control, group by group.
Each touch-screen display provides real-time access to the corresponding group’s delivery temperature, allowing multiple coffees to be dialled in with distinct thermal targets.
Precision should remain visible at every hour.
Side courtesy lighting and under-group illumination create an evenly lit work surface, helping baristas monitor extraction and maintain a clean, confident presentation.

Pressure profiling when the coffee calls for more.
With the optional Independent Pressure Profile system, five pressure programs can be configured for each group through the touch-screen interface.

Choose the machine around the pace of your bar.
The 2-group TCI balances capacity and footprint for most cafés. The 3-group expands simultaneous production, boiler volume and barista workspace for higher-throughput operations.

A finish for the room it commands.
Steel, white and black executions let the Aviator integrate with bright modern bars, classic stainless workspaces or dramatic dark interiors. Group and finish availability may vary.

Built for service where consistency is visible.
Aviator TCI suits businesses that need high-volume steam, independent coffee recipes and a machine that becomes part of the customer-facing experience.
Two-group and three-group, side by side.
Figures below come from BFC’s official Aviator technical brochure and apply to the TCI configurations.
Prepare the bar around the final configuration.
- Confirm 2-group or 3-group model, finish and optional P.P.I. before ordering.
- Have a qualified electrician verify voltage, phase, load and local code requirements.
- Plan a potable water connection with filtration selected for local water chemistry.
- Provide suitable drainage and sufficient under-counter service access.
- Allow ventilation and working clearance around the complete overall dimensions.
- Account for the machine’s 104 kg or 126 kg net weight in counter engineering and delivery access.
