BARISTA
MAX
A premium commercial beverage platform made for ambitious menus. Two beans, soluble ingredients, hot and cold fresh-milk foam and optional automatic steaming come together in one intelligent high-volume system.

Built for more than one kind of coffee moment.
The Barista Max combines fresh espresso, soluble ingredients and temperature-flexible fresh milk. Its broad recipe architecture can serve classic hot drinks, chilled milk beverages, iced specialties and premium operator-finished creations.
Two coffee profiles
Independent hoppers and grinders let regular, decaf or specialty beans keep their own calibrated grind settings.
Hot and cold milk
An integrated milk pump and foaming system expands the menu from hot cappuccino foam to refreshing cold milk textures.
Soluble specialties
Two lockable powder canisters support chocolate, matcha or other recipe ingredients alongside fresh coffee and milk.

Automatic when speed matters. Hands-on when craft matters.
The standard integrated milk system automates fresh-milk drinks. Select configurations add a temperature-controlled automatic steam wand, giving staff a separate way to texture milk for presentation-driven beverages.
High volume without losing control.
Commercial brewing hardware, large ingredient capacity, automatic cleaning and connected management tools give the Barista Max the foundation for busy offices, hotels, cafés and hospitality programs.
Dual grinding system
Two independent commercial grinders support separate bean profiles and keep the beverage queue moving.
22 g brewer capability
The high-capacity brewer supports richer espresso bases and larger recipe formats; 14 g and 20 g configurations are available.
Dual-boiler architecture
Separate 700 ml water and steam boilers support brewing and milk performance within one system.
Hands-free cleaning
Automated cycles cover rinsing, milk-system deep cleaning and sanitation to simplify daily care.
Dedicated hot water
A separate outlet supports tea, Americanos and other hot-water service without using the coffee spout.
Connected operations
Wi-Fi/4G connectivity and optional IoT or payment integration support modern commercial programs.
