I bought a Vitrano 2B and Allgrind from Espresso Dolce. While getting a “how to” from them, they made my wife and I 2 coffees. One latte and a cappuccino using their own roasted espresso 4 bean. It was one of the best coffee we have had. My wife usually adds a little sweetener and I drink coffee black. For these 2 cups, the coffee was perfect. No bitterness and no acidity at all. I highly recommend you try these beans.
