Explore the Aluminium White design, touchscreen workflow, grinder intelligence and hot-to-cold versatility in JURA’s official Z10 presentation.

The electronically controlled P.R.G. recognizes the chosen drink and adjusts the grind consistency in a fraction of a second—from very fine for short classics to very coarse for long and cold specialties.
Instead of brewing hot coffee and chilling it afterward, the Z10 pulses cold water through freshly ground, coarser coffee under high pressure. The result is naturally refreshing, balanced and aromatic.

The supplied syrup attachment connects to the dual spout and flavours the milk foam during preparation, expanding both hot and cold recipes with a subtly sweet finish.
The variable 5–16 g brewing unit uses 3D brewing technology to distribute water evenly through the coffee bed, bringing clarity and depth to hot and cold recipes.

Every drink is freshly ground and individually adjustable, with dedicated recipes for black coffee, milk classics, cold specialties, extra-shot recipes, Sweet Foam and tea water.
A complex convex-concave 3 mm aluminium front, wave-pattern water tank and carefully finished chrome details give the Z10 a distinctive flagship presence.
