A one-way heat exchanger works with an actively heated brew group and an optimised boiler arrangement to reduce temperature fluctuations.

A gentle beginning
Set active and passive pre-infusion times to manage wetting before extraction. ECM recommends active pre-infusion for tank use and passive pre-infusion for mains-water operation.
Steam to suit you
Choose Low, Medium or High steam settings. Find the setting that suits your pitcher, milk and preferred pace.
Your daily rhythm
Programme two on/off schedules per day, use ECO mode and set cleaning and filter reminders through the OLED menu.

Toggle-operated valves, separate pump and boiler gauges, and a rotary pump complement the traditional lever-led brewing experience.
Use the approximately 3 L reservoir or connect to a mains water supply. A removable cup-warming surface helps keep your coffee corner organised.
