Great Service But Item Showed Up With Black Marks / Not As Advertised

Super friendly staff but item showed up with black marks that is not as advertised. The team only had one so ordered another from Saeco didn't look anything like what was sent - I think item may have been sitting around for a while. Advised team by email and they told me to drop by the store to replace but I am in Ontario and they are in BC so wasn't a solution. They did not follow-up. Safe to say until resolved don't recommend and wont' order again!
