Both items were overdue maintenance. Staff received them, documented parts left with the units and parts taken home, gave us exact timeline for work to be completed, notified us when the units were ready (before the estimated time). We love both the Miss Silvia espresso machine and the grinder and really appreciate the care at Espresso Dolce. We learned that residue builds up in the grinder over time and needs cleaning to keep best performance. Thanks very much.
