R 9V builds on Rocket R9 but stands out with its advanced variable pressure profiling. You can control the brewing pressure in five different time intervals throughout the extraction, offering more freedom than a fixed pre-infusion. This makes it possible to start with low pressure to gently wet the puck, increase to higher pressure during the main extraction, and then lower the pressure again towards the end if the flow becomes too fast. The result is better control over flavor balance, body, and sweetness in the cup. For baristas who want to actively work with different roasts, this is a clear advantage, but it is also a machine that really shines when you want to fine-tune every espresso.
The machine has five pre-programmed profiles and a manual mode where you control it yourself with the upper rotary handle. If you find a brewing profile that works particularly well, it can be saved in the touch display for future use. This makes R 9V a well-thought-out espresso machine for cafe’s where repeatability and flexibility need to go hand in hand.
EUREKA HELIOS 65
The Eureka Helios 65 is an espresso grinder with 65mm flat burrs, precise stepless adjustment, and high-speed grinds dispersion. With intuitive touchscreen controls and easy maintenance, the Helios 65 is perfectly at home in any environment.
Grind adjustment is easy and stepless. All you need to do is turn the knob on the top of the grinder until you reach your preferred grind fineness. The grind adjustment system is stepless, providing you nearly infinite grind settings for ultimate precision.
The Eureka Helios 65 uses 65mm flat burrs made of hardened steel to grind through coffee beans. With the 570 watt motor spinning at 1380 RPM, the Helios 65 dispenses between 3.5 and 5 grams per second, depending on grind fineness.
Intuitive touch controls make it quick and natural to select your preferred dose and adjust grind times. Thanks to the light-up display and customizable interface, the display is easy on the eyes and even easier to read and understand.
On most grinders, the lid that conceals the grinding chamber is secured with several screws, making maintenance a pain when it comes time to clean or change out the burrs. On the Helios 65, the lid is held in place with magnets, making it easy to simply lift the lid away.
