80% Arabica, 20% Robusta Beans Voyage of Discovery The coffee of Caffé New York named after Christopher Columbus takes you on a voyage of discovery. You will experience the sweet taste of Central America, characterized by the Arabica beans. The mild-spicy components are caused by the Robusta beans from the West Indies. Traditionally roasted Best Arabica and Robusta beans give the Cristoforo Colombo a special, nutty-chocolate flavor nuance and a fine-pored crema. The beans come from a cultivation altitude of about 1200 meters and are then gently dry-processed.
The roasting is gentle and long, giving this blend a dark roast with little acidity. Whether you are a lover of classic espresso or coffee specialties with milk, such as cappuccino and latte macchiato, the Cristoforo Colombo will give you an excellent coffee experience!
