Had my espresso machine fixed after a circuitry problem and after 2 weeks it seems to work well. However, the lack of communication with the shop was an issue. I never received any updates from the store when the timeline went far past expected (I had to continually phone and find out what was happening), and I never received a phone call when the service cost reached a certain amount, meaning it was more expensive than I expected it to be on pickup. My phone call was also never returned when I called to inquire about this afterwards. While I’m happy with the technical service on my machine, the customer service was definitely lacking.
