Highly recommend Dolce, dealt with Ali mostly, gave me great advice, was punctual, my $2000 Delonghi actually works better then when purchased it new, Dolce replaced my bean grinder motor but obviously did more. Thanks Steve.

Everything went very smoothly. Got exactly the parts that I asked for. No issues when fixing my machine, we are back in business.
Only little upset is that when ordering, according to the website they were 2 glass dispensers available in there inventory, but receive an email that they had to order the part.Maybe next time make sure your inventory is more up to date. But in all it was not to big of an issue!
