DON'T LET THE MILK LET YOUR COFFEE DOWN.

THE NEW CM6 WITH MILKPERFECTION SYSTEM. QUALITY AHEAD OF ITS TIME.

Have a good start to the day - with an extra cup of coffee!

Treat yourself to a well-loved morning ritual. Miele's full range of milky coffee specialties now comes in pairs - with the OneTouch for Two function.

OneTouch for Two

All countertop coffee machines feature the OneTouch for Two function. This allows you to make two delicious coffee specialities at the same time with the touch of a button. Preparation takes less time, giving you more time to enjoy a delicious coffee drink with company.

AromaticSystemFresh

You will taste the difference: our innovative conical grinder grinds coffee beans in a unique, aroma-preserving way – fresh for every cup. This is possible thanks to the new grinder position directly above the brew unit which ensures that no remnants from a previous brewing process remain. Enjoy coffee made with freshly-ground beans, anytime and in peace and quiet: the new conical grinder is particularly quiet.

AromaticSystem

More room for more taste. The brew chamber of Miele coffee machines expands when water flows in. The ground coffee is mixed very thoroughly with the water and the coffee aroma can unfold even better. You can look forward to enjoying wonderfully aromatic coffee.

In perfect harmony with perfect coffee

Whether you decide to buy a built-in or a freestanding coffee machine from Miele, you are guaranteed to thoroughly enjoy your coffee. Our coffee machines are perfectly designed for making a wide variety of coffee specialities with expertise.

DoubleShot function

More aromatic, less bitter. For all who enjoy strong coffee flavour: the new DoubleShot. With this option, the beverage is prepared with double the amount* of coffee/espresso but with a shorter extraction time. The result is an especially full and soft coffee aroma without bitter after-taste. Ideal, for example, as espresso, in cappuccino or flat white.

* For a DoubleShot the CM7 grinds and brews twice - each time with half the amount of water, meaning the delivered serving remains the same.

Ground coffee drawer

In addition to the bean container, Miele bean-to-cup coffee machines also have a drawer for ground coffee. You can use this to make a second type of coffee using ready ground coffee.

BrilliantLight

Your coffee in perfect view at all times - only with BrilliantLight. The soft LED light showcases every cup and provides an ambient mood in your kitchen. BrilliantLight is the perfect complement for the balanced design of all coffee machines and provides a visual highlight that makes coffee enjoyment even more pleasurable.

Individual settings

The preparation parameters can be set individually, depending on the type of coffee and flavour intensity: grinder setting, amount of coffee, brewing temperature, pre-brewing, as well as amount of water. That's how you ensure perfect flavour for your coffee speciality from every type of coffee, every roast. That's how you always get the best flavour for every coffee beverage.

User profiles

Save your favourite drinks as one of up to 10 user profiles – and let your Miele coffee machine greet you with a personal touch. The user profile stores all parameters for your favourite drink: amount of ground coffee, water temperature and preparation of milk, if applicable. For customised coffee enjoyment.

Coffee and tea pot function

If you have visitors, a touch of a button is all it takes for your appliance to dispense up to 8 cups of coffee one after the other into a coffee pot placed under the spout.

Easy cleaning

Daily cleaning is carried out by these intelligent appliances almost autonomously. The milk pipework is automatically cleaned after every drink made with milk. The drip tray, water container and waste container are easy to remove and dishwasher-safe thanks to ComfortClean. The efficient cleaning functions guarantee hygiene and excellent coffee flavour.

Easily removable brew unit

The brewing component is the "heart" of automatic coffee preparation. It can be removed and cleaned easily. This ensures a hygienic brew unit as well as consistently high coffee quality and the longevity of the machine.

ComfortClean

The ComfortClean system makes hygiene very easy. Many of the coffee machine parts, such as the water container and the waste container can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher. This contributes significantly to maintaining the value of the appliance.

System lock

The system lock can be set at the touch of a button. The appliance is then protected from inadvertent operation, e.g. by children.

Had this machine for less than a year and the grinder stopped working. We took it somewhere local to be fixed, but in the meantime we bought a second identical Miele 6360 on Amazon. The new one arrived and it is faulty right out of the box! The water container doesn’t empty into the machine whatsoever. No water is pumped through the machine and we can’t use it. Sadly had to return and now will be looking into other brands.

Love, love, love my Miele

The preening/cleaning takes a bit of getting used to, but as one reviewer wrote, it's a bit like owning a pet. And it is! This cat is fastidious when it comes to rinsing and cleaning itself, which is great! Less work for me when it simply asks me to dump the bath water at the end of the day. What's not to love.
The machine is incredibly user friendly and has a lot of coffee options at the press of a button. Not only is it idiot proof as programmed, but the barista type can modify practically every drink to their own specifications. Quite brilliant, really. Best part, the coffee tastes great!

After reading lots of reviews about having their machines for 10, 15, and 20 years, we were sold on the durability of this machine. We’ve had ours for three years, and I’ve had quite a few issues. Most we have been able to troubleshoot and fix. But this time it gave a fault code F74. And then it would not stay on. We would turn it on and it would make a little noise and then turn back off. We tried everything, including unplugging it and leaving it unplugged for a while. Then we finally called tech-support and gave them the fault code and they said we needed to run maintenance on the machine. We told them we couldn’t because it wouldn’t stay on. Then they scheduled us an appointment and we waited about a week and a half. They did offer a deal where we pay $360 to ship it to them and they fix whatever is wrong with it and then they ship it back. But we already paid $2300 for a machine that we’ve only had for three years. We wanted to take our chance on a cheaper repair. They finally called us and told us who would be handling our repair. We fix it. Was the name of the company. They said they would contact us within 24 hours. No one contacted us. We called the number they gave us for we fix it. They informed us that they do not do repairs on these machines. So we went with the paying $360 to have it repaired option. We sent it off.Just got it back. Coffee grounds everywhere. Machine wasn’t even put back together. It didn’t look good.I filled the bean holder and made a cup or two to run water through the system. Then I made one cup of coffee. After that, it went to crap. Never made another cup. It would make this loud noise, the noise it makes when beans are empty, then it would cancel drink, and say “fill bean holder.”We cant fill it any more than it already is. So we try again. Same thing. Try to rinse and clean pipework. Nothing works. Tried using ground coffee option, nope, went straight to rinsing cycle.Theres something wrong electrically with our machine. It doesn’t grind coffee any more.I asked Meile about the third party company and asked if they would let them know how dirty the machine was when it was sent back. They told me I could contact the third party myself. What? They’re asking us to send it back and they’re going to look at it again at no charge. Crossing fingers but not expecting much at this point. We are so over this overpriced, no customer service machine and company. We were looking at the in-wall system for our next home, but not anymore. At this rate the machine cost us around $820 per year we’ve had it against what we paid. Not worth it. We could have gotten a commercial machine with better customer service.I would not buy this machine. I’m hoping we can get it fixed one day for a reasonable price. But for now we’re using our K cups. So far, this is not been a good investment.

We’ve had this machine for a year and a half and honestly I regretted buying this machine by month two. When I purchased I saw a lot of reviews most great but at the time the not so great mentioned the hassle of cleaning the machine. I rolled my eyes and said who cares if you have to clean it.The machine is very nice and makes a great cup of coffee from freshly ground beans. That was the main reason we started to purchase an espresso machine to begin with. I liked the idea of using the app to make coffee before I even got out of bed. The problem with that is if you enable the machine to work with the app you can’t use the machine manually, it will tell you to use the app. I’ve not found a way to turn that off or if it is even a possibility. My father in law lives with us and sometimes he wants coffee while we are not at home, an app would not work for him so we have turned off the mobile feature. My husband uses oat creamer and that does not work with this machine. While this wasn’t an advertised feature there were some reviews that said it would work with dairy alternatives. Maybe almond milk or something of that sort would work with it better but the Oat Planet creamer doesn’t. The few times I’ve used the machine to make a specialty drink it was a flop. It made a mess and there was no milk froth. You can use the bean grinder and adjust the grind for a great cup of coffee. The grinder is loud even though it states it’s quiet. I know grinding will be loud in general but they probably shouldn’t advertise it as being quieter because it isn’t. There is an area to use ground coffee in but we don’t even use that feature. The few times we tried to do so the coffee that came out was very watery. The ground coffee goes into a little chute but for the most part goes everywhere besides the area it needs to go. If we want to use ground coffee we use a French press. Now on to the annoyance of this machine and it sounds stupid because in reality we were warned by other reviewers before we purchased the machine. The cleaning of this is a pain in the rear end. First off it rinses anytime the machine is turned on and when it auto shuts off (and that is a good feature) it will rinse again. Half the water container is emptied just by the machine self rinsing. We wipe down the machine daily but deep clean it weekly. The tray that you remove to empty any spilled coffee (and rinse water) and empty the used grounds easily spills as you pull it from the machine. This leaves a mess that needs to be cleaned in the machine and your countertop. It takes me a good hour to deep clean every nook and cranny of this unit and you have to do a deep clean or the machine will not work well. Coffee grinds get everywhere in the machine and when you open the door to start cleaning it a bunch of grinds get all over your countertop. The tray mentioned earlier also will start to build up coffee mud as I like to call it. It really is the same consistency of mud and it sticks to the whole tray. We tried to put in the dishwasher but we found this oily mud doesn’t come off completely unless it is hand washed. I do put it in the dishwasher after I wash it by hand just to sanitize it.There are two other maintenance tasks that need to be done and the machine will tell you when to do it. You will need to descale and degrease the machine. You purchase tablets to do both of these tasks. I wouldn’t say it’s too expensive to purchase them but the task itself can be a pain. You have to degrease the machine more often than descaling it. Degreasing takes about ten minutes and is simple enough to do. Descaling is more of a pain in the bum because it takes around twenty to thirty minutes to do. You can bypass both of these tasks for a little bit but eventually the machine will force you to do it because it will not work otherwise. If you accidentally accept the maintenance request to descale the machine you can not cancel that and are forced to complete the entire process. We accidentally did that during the morning rush where multiple people wanted their morning cup of coffee. I do not recommend doing that.I also thought the coffee cup warmer would be pretty cool, especially in the winter. In my opinion it’s a fire hazard. I’d like to say it’s user error but I can’t find any way to fix this issue. The issue is turning the warmer on it does not turn off, even if the machine is turned off. The crazy thing is we splurged on this machine after a house fire so when I had some paperwork on top of the machine that was very warm to hot to touch I freaked out. The machine had been off most of the morning but the warmer does not auto shut off. We will never use that feature again, it’s not worth the risk.I decided to give it three stars because the fresh ground coffee is nice. There are better options for less money that would probably do the same thing with less hassle and for less money.
