"One of the most important stages is grinding, as it is the moment when the coffee beans become powder: this must be fine and uniform, always consistent and with no variation in texture. Only in this way can coffee provide its fragrance and unique taste. It is also the pride and joy at home, bars, hotels, and restaurants that are used to offering their customers only the best."

Features

Dark-T Burrs

With its unique Dark-T coating, these burrs are engineered to endure 5 times longer compared to standard burrs. While a standard burr typically handles around 880 lbs. of coffee, the Dark-T burrs are designed to withstand up to 3,080 lbs.

ROTATING RING NUT

Soft to the touch, easy to turn and precise as a bezel watch divided into 3 areas: Espresso, Moka Pot and Filter. At the end of each stroke, the easy to open button is activated, which allows you to open and quickly clean the grinding chamber.

My new Fiorenzato All Ground Burr Grinder

Love this grinder, quite unexpectedly it improved the espresso flavor. This is defiantly an upgrade from my previous high end residential grinder which was also made in Italy. It's quite quiet compared to some other high end machines and the digital interface is really easy to use, grind adjustment is also really easy, disassembly and reassembly for burr cleaning is very simple and fast, excellent value for the money, and amazing customer service from Espresso Dolce :-)

Almost perfect end-game grinder!

I am extremely pleased with the grind consistency, and also the fact that cleaning it doesn't require tools or recalibration issues. Sales and Service at Espresso Dolce has been stellar. Highly recommended.

It was my intention to get an end-game grinder for home use that is able to work from French Press all the way to Espresso. I almost gave it 4 stars as it really doesn't go coarse enough for French Press. However, the grind quality, ease of use, build quality and quiet noise levels make it difficult to take any points away. Besides and in all fairness, the grinder adjustment ring indicates Espresso, Mocha and Filter, not French Press.

As feedback if I may, perhaps the store could have clarified this for me when I was asking direct questions about my need and comparing this with the Baratza Forte AP, which does go from French Press coarse to Espresso fine.

Would I buy this again if I could turn the clock back? Absolutely! I'm very happy with the purchase and not going back to look for an exchange or anything. I'm hoping this will be the last grinder I bought.
