The Eureka Mignon Crono is built on the extremely popular Mignon family and was designed specifically for drip and manual brew.  This compact Italian-built coffee grinder features 50mm flat burrs, micrometric adjustments, timed dosing and noise insulation.  The commercial build quality, elegant look and precise consistency make the Eureka Mignon Crono a great choice for any home setup.


Features:

  • Silent Technology: The Eureka exclusive anti-vibration solution reduces the grinding noise by approximately 20 dB compared to the conventional grinders and paves the way for a new way of grinding coffee: accurate and quiet.
  • ACE System:  Conceived to prevent clumps and eliminate the electrostatic charge of ground coffee, the ACE System is the common denominator in every Eureka on-demand grinder. Due to its regulating action over the coffee outflow, ACE System ensures an incomparable cleanliness and dose consistency.
  • 50mm flat burrs: Hardened steel 50mm burrs 
  • Stepless Micrometric Adjustments: Patented by Eureka, the micrometric system with infinite adjustment point is the only one based on the lower burr repositioning.  It guarantees incomparable grinding performances and allows to carry out maintenance operations without losing the grinding setting.
  • Grounds bin:  The included 2-piece grounds bin lets you grind without making a mess.

    Wonderful Company! Fantastic Product!

    I bought the Eureka Mignon Crono Burr Grinder a couple of months ago. I initially made a call to the main store to ask a few questions before purchasing on Espresso Dolce's website. The lady I spoke with was so kind, answered all my questions, and sent a gift with my new grinder! What an awesome experience! The grinder arrived in record time and excellently packaged. The grinder is AWESOME! I do not know why I waited so long to finally get a quality grinder. It grinds more consistant grinds and it is much quieter than all my previous grinders. My previous two grinders were Breville Dose Control grinders. The first one I had is still working after 9 years, but I had purchased a new one in Dec 2022 (thinking the old one may die soon), but the new one stopped working within 6 months. I had been trying to deal with their customer service (non existent) trying to get them to do warranty replacement or fix it. A horrible waste of time and effort - hours and hours on the phone - I finally gave up. I am sure glad I did because this Eureka Mignon Crono is a dream come true. I love it! My purchase from you was the beautiful light in my darkness with Br"evil"le. Your kindness was very much appreciated. Thank you Espresso Dolce!

    Eureka crono burr grinder

    Very well built and solid grinder at an affordable price. Change out the filter burr to the espresso burr and perfect grinder for espresso. Too bad they don’t have a single dose bellow hopper for zero grind retention available as an accessory. Very happy with this grinder.
