Hi there, it was great getting the parts I thought I needed to fix my Gaggia Brera. The parts arrived in good time. The tech I talked to was great. My only concern was the shipping I had to pay 3 separate times as I was exploring my problem. The delivery in 2 of the cases was more expensive than the part. Too bad you couldn’t do simple mail at postal rates for the lighter components. As it happened, the brew unit was not the problem so I have a brand new one that I don’t need. The valve I ordered was the wrong one (probably my fault) and only worked in steam and hot water mode not the most common brew position. It also was not shipped with the spring component and cap that was part of the valve I removed. I ended up designing and 3D printing the cap (it was cracked in the original part) and reused the original valve. So I still have the unused valve I purchased. It is my understanding that these parts can not be returned.
