Immediately after I placed the order I realized I needed to add something. I called and left a message, knowing that since it was the weekend we had a couple days before it shipped.
On Monday I emailed the shop, and left another phone message just in case.
The product shipped, and I never heard back about my calls or email.
The product I ordered works just fine, but I’m not impressed with the customer service I received.
