It's very loud! The bean hopper and water container are too small. We got about 3 1/2 years out of it before it died. Made a decent espresso with lots of annoying beeps and notifications. Definitely get the protection plan on ANY super automatic. We usually get about 5-6 years out of the 3 super automatic machines. Costco is a better alternative if you can find what you want since they accept returns indefinitely on espresso machines.Moving on to the next machine now, a Terra Kaffe TK-02. So long Miele!!!

Coffee is terrific but it broke within 5 months after purchase. It’s taken over a month to repair- and still waiting on the part needed- expected in a few more weeks. Customer service, while working to solve the problem, is nothing like what expect when spent $1400 on it!! Should not have to wait 2 months for a fix!

The coffee machine stopped working after less than a year. The grinder broke down.Because it germany made, only miels certified fixer wanted check it, Roger fixer refused. The grinder itself cost 800$cad + fee. Fixing the machine would cost aroud 1k.I would not recommand this brand due to high fixing Price, and the rarety of the fixing center.Also in general the machine required to empty the water tray and rinced before and after each coffee . It unconvinient
